We guarantee every call to your complete satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with the your call, we will provide you a full 100% refund to your credit card or provide you with a free call with another operator of your choice. If you are unhappy with a call you need to contact us immediately upon the completion of the call. You will need to provide us the date and time of the call, who you spoke with, the toll free number you dialed and a brief description of why you are unhappy with the call. It is best to contact us by email at Billing@olci.com or you can call us toll free at 877-828-7706. We must hear from you within 12 hours of doing the call or we will not provide a refund. Calls not covered in the guarantee are those that are not billed by On-Line Communications such as prepaid calls paid directly to the phone personality via , Money orders, or cash or via payment services such as NiteFlirt, Keen, Paypal or any other billing service.
